PolyScience Quality Policy

It is the commitment of PolyScience to design, fabricate, market, distribute, and service innovative products with consistently high quality such that they will reliably perform their intended function(s), and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

To facilitate this commitment:

  • We will strive to promptly deliver complete customer orders for standard products to our customers.
  • Whenever possible, profitable, and required, we will adapt our standard products to the varied needs of our customer.
  • When requested and deemed profitable, we will design and manufacture new products that are consistent with the Company's core competencies and abilities.
  • We will strive to minimize warranty returns as a percentage of sales.
  • We will minimize current production (in-process) rework and scrap costs.
  • We will strive to improve customer satisfaction by tracking and reviewing customer complaints
  • We will strive to improve our products, internal processes, and testing, by monitoring first-time-pass results.
  • We will ensure that all of our products are consistent with the public good and meet all applicable laws and regulations.
These objectives are understood by all employees and are monitored on a regular basis via our internal quality audit process and management review.
