Marketing Manager – Manufacturing
The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing and advertising efforts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Development and execution of company marketing strategy and plans.
- Review of markets to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates and formulating the information to develop successful marketing campaigns.
- Development of advertising plans and creation of sales and marketing materials, information, training, and tools.
- Evaluate competitive products and pricing and provide management with strategic recommendations.
- Develop distribution management policies that enhance global sales efforts.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate marketing mix (i.e. print, web, etc.).
Knowledge/Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis on marketing / sales.
- 4-5 Years Experience in Marketing, within a manufacturing company, and a proven successful track record.
- Ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement.
- Strong analytical skills; data driven. Ability to take large amounts of data, identifies key issues and opportunities, and move quickly to address or capitalize on them.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish or English / Chinese is preferred).
- Familiarity with and understanding of global markets.

CAD / Mechanical Design Technician – Manufacturing

Knowledge/Education/Experience/Skills
- Associates degree min., with 1-2 years of manufacturing/CAD experience.
- Basic understanding of refrigeration
- Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements (CE/CSA), and ISO9001 documentation standards.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing a plus.
- Experienced in SolidWorks CAD software.
- Knowledgeable of electro/mechanical packaging, components and assemblies.
- Working with hand & power tools to perform manual assembly of designs/prototypes.
- Working knowledge of machine shop equipment (basic turning & milling equipment, break press).
Responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to inter-departmental projects.
- Documentation of purchase/manufactured parts, sub assemblies, and finished goods.
- Handle all CAD projects and maintain routers & BOM.
- Working with engineering to design/assemble other prototypes.
- Training others how to make that part consistently and efficiently.
