• New accounts are invited, a D&B rating, or three business references and a bank reference required

Shipments

Shipments will be made by the best means available. Charges, including freight, insurance fees, and forwarding costs will be collected at the destination or, if requested, these charges will be added to your invoice.

Minimum Orders

Due to processing and freight costs, minimum orders of $25.00 are requested.

Return of Items

Authorization must be obtained from our customer service department before returning items for any reason. When applying for authorization, please include the reason for return, date of purchase, P.O. number and our invoice number. A 20% restocking charge will be made on all unauthorized returns. Return items must be shipped prepaid. Items shipped collect will be refused.

Export Orders

Payments via a U.S. dollar draft payable to PolyScience may be made in advance to our bank. Visa, MasterCard and American Express also accepted. Other payment methods can be arranged where practical. A pro forma quotation will be furnished promptly upon request.

Claims

We take extreme care to fill, check and package orders properly. If error or damage occurs, please refer to the packing list. Report the details to us immediately. Report shipping damage to the carrier immediately. Request that the shipment be inspected by a carrier representative. Keep all containers and packing material.
