How "cool" is this!!! Shout out to our friends at ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain and their creative use of our chillers. They run cooled antifreeze between two sheets of glass. When guests pour water on the top, they can watch the water freeze and ice crystals form. That kind of creative thinking makes us #PolyScienceProud to be their partner.
